Minimum Order: $500.00 for shipped orders. No minimum for warehouse pickups.

Times: Our delivery goals are as follows:

On Hand Stock: Ship in few days or pick up same day.
Incoming Stock: 1 to 6 weeks depending on container location in route to Atlanta.
MSM 4 Imports, Inc. Orders: 10-12 weeks to Atlanta.

Terms:

For all On Hand and Incoming Stock - Payment is due in full with order confirmation. Factory Orders require a 10% NON REFUNDABLE deposit for processing. Order balances are due prior to shipping.

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and wire transfer.

Shipping:

F.O.B. Atlanta, GA. Typically freight charges are provided by the shipper and added to the invoice. In some cases, freight charges will be collected by the carrier at time of delivery. Freight quotes can be obtained at the time of order and typically range from 10-20% of the order total. We only ship business to business. Any shipments that end up going to residences and/or require lift gate service will result in inflated shipping costs, which will be billed directly to the customer.

Freight Damage:

Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise at the time of delivery. Any shipments which are signed for as “in good condition,” which are later determined to be damaged, are considered as concealed damages. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier the same day and may not be paid beyond 30% of the invoiced amount. These conditions have been established by the National Motor Freight Association and have been adopted by every major common carrier in the U.S. Customers are responsible for filing any freight damage claims directly with the carrier. Questions regarding this process can be directed to customer service number at 770-416 8188. For our customers protection, we request that they do not accept damaged merchandise.

Defective Merchandise:

Please call customer service within 7 days of the receipt of the order and we will adjust your account or replace any defective item. Shipping errors will be corrected immediately, but the customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Freight charges are non refundable. MSM 4 Imports may elect to authorize repair or make other arrangements in lieu of return, replacement or account adjustment. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain packaging materials for use in the event that a return shipment is authorized.

The Nature of Our Product:

Each item from "MSM 4 Imports, Inc." is hand-made from start to finish. Many traditional “Old World” methods are used in the construction of these unique accent pieces. The individual workmanship may cause slight differences in measurements and finishes. We, and the vast majority of our customers, think the imperfect nature of hand-made and finishing methods create an antique but spirited look that is part of the charm and appeal of the product. Please be aware that these blemishes and imperfections are non-structural in nature and are to be expected. The “deep ocean finish” we have is natural. It’s “act of nature” Each item will be one of a kind on finish vise.

Warranties:

In placing an order, the customer is accepting all products and merchandise under the terms and conditions written herein, including damaged items. Any and all warranties of merchandise, whether expressed or implied, are hereby waived and excluded from any transaction. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description implied in the terms and conditions.
