The wrought iron products are hand forged and hand finished. Our unique finishes are antique black, antique green, rustic brown, antique ivory, anduze gold and anduze white. Our products have the highest standards of design, quality and value. An upgrade of 15% will applies to the anduze finishes.
Our pottery are hand turned and hand painted. All of the models are available in white, yellow, red, green, anduze yellow, and anduze green.
Our light fixtures come with 3' chain and a canopy that is finished to match to light fixtures. There are two different chains that are heavy-duty and twisted. Additional chains and canopies are available for light fixtures. All chandeliers, lanterns and sconces are available unwired for candles per a request.

| Merchandise offered by MSM 4 Imports is hand crafted. Slight variations in the size, color and appearance should be considered as natural characteristics of hand crafted merchandise. |

Returned merchandise must be in original packaging materials. All returns are charged 30% restocking fee. There are no exceptions on returns after 30 day of purchase. All returned checks will be charged $35.

Opening orders should be total a minimum of $500. Reorders should be a minimum of $350. 50% of the purchases will be charged to your credit card immediately. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card at the ship time or COD. In order to avoid COD fees by common carrier or FedEx/UPS, we will accept PREPAID. |

Shipments are F.O.B. Atlanta, GA and will be by FedEx, UPS or common carrier. There is an additional $10 per/pallet charge. Shipping charges are to be COLLECT TERMS for all shipments. To avoid the shipping charges, customers may pick up the merchandise from our warehouse.

| An order must be canceled within 7 days of order placement and in writing. Customers who have placed an order and refuse to receive the shipment must pay shipping cost and 30% restocking fee. |
